Job Description

Guest Experience: Ensuring exceptional dining experiences by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving complaints professionally.

Operations Management: Overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet services to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Team Supervision: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing F&B staff to foster a motivated and service-oriented team.

Coordination with Departments: Collaborating with kitchen, housekeeping, and event planning teams to align service delivery and support seamless guest experiences.

Financial Oversight: Monitoring F&B budgets, controlling costs, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate billing and revenue tracking.

Compliance & Safety: Enforcing hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and liquor licensing laws while maintaining compliance with industry and company policies.

Performance Analysis: Reviewing sales reports, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic enhancements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
