Responsibilities include: Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out. Handling guest complaints and resolving issues professionally and efficiently. Providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Managing guest records and maintaining customer satisfaction data. Responding to feedback and online reviews to improve service quality. Overseeing VIP guests and ensuring personalized experiences.
