Job Description

Looking for a skilled F&B Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a strong background in managing daily restaurant or hotel operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate food and beverage service staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in food preparation and service areas.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage staff effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
