Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Executive to join our team in the hospitality industryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with excellent customer service skills

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Ensure high-quality food presentation and plating, meeting health and safety standards.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and waste management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, food safety protocols, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
