Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Controller to join our team, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Supervise kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, food safety protocols, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of quality and hygiene.
