Position Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented F&B Controller to manage financial operations, inventory control, and cost optimisation across our operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control food & beverage costs, inventory, and wastage Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory with sales data Analyse profit margins and provide actionable insights to management Oversee vendor negotiations and purchase order management Implement standard costing procedures and recipe costing Generate daily/weekly/monthly financial reports and variance analysis Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Coordinate with production and retail teams on inventory planning Key Skills Required ✓ Cost Control Expertise – Strong understanding of F&B costing and financial analysis ✓ Inventory Management – Experience with stock control systems and audit procedures ✓ Data Analysis – Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools ✓ Attention to Detail – Meticulous approach to numbers and documentation ✓ ERP/POS Knowledge – Familiarity with restaurant management software ✓ Communication – Ability to work cross-functionally with production and sales teams ✓ Problem-Solving – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving cost inefficiencies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management 3-5 years of experience as F&B Controller or similar role in bakery/restaurant/hospitality Knowledge of food production processes and ingredient costing preferred Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday Join us in building dreams, one dessert at a time.
