Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Captain to join our team at the Godwin Hotel Group. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards and presentation.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance the dining experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing and motivating staff.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices is required.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is necessary.
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality is expected.
