Job Description

Looking for a skilled F&B Captain to join our team at the Holiday Inn. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in food and beverage service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to meet customer demands.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F&B Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to manage staff effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain high standards of quality and service.
