Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Captain to join our team at Fidato Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare high-quality dishes and beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as an F&B Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality products and services.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
