Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Associate to join our team at Hotel Centre Point. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
