Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations, including preparation, service, and inventory management.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving complaints.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
