The Factory Manager will lead end-to-end factory operations for a stone manufacturing unit, with complete ownership of production, CNC machine performance, manpower, quality, and safety. This role demands strong hands-on expertise in CNC-based stone processing and the ability to drive operational excellence on the shop floor.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Maximize utilization of CNC machines including 5-axis, 3-axis, waterjet, cutting, and polishing units
• Supervise CNC programming coordination with CAD/CAM teams
• Ensure machine accuracy, tooling efficiency, calibration, and preventive maintenance
• Manage supervisors, operators, shifts, discipline, and skill development
• Implement stringent quality standards for stone finishing and dimensional accuracy
• Enforce safety practices, PPE compliance, and zero-damage material handling
• Coordinate with sales, projects, dispatch, and MIS teams
• Prepare production, efficiency, and wastage reports for management
• 7–15 years of factory management experience in stone/CNC manufacturing
• Strong CNC technical knowledge and leadership capability
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or related engineering discipline
