As the Factory Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the production operations to ensure cost-effective manufacturing, adherence to timelines, and high-quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving cost-effective production and optimizing resource utilization. - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all production procedures and SOPs. - Implementing and tracking the Time and Action Calendar for seamless production flow. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines. - Overseeing planning, price closure, and resource allocation. - Ensuring timely execution of production schedules aligned with the Product Development Calendar. - Maintaining strong vendor and supplier relationships for smooth operations. - Leading recruitment, training, and performance management of factory staff. - Collaborating with branding and marketing teams for production-related support. - Maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
