This role ensures work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment. • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. • Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. • Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. • Resolve any site-related issues or delays promptly. • Maintain site documentation including daily reports, attendance, and inspection records. • Conduct quality checks to ensure work is done according to approved drawings and specifications. • Support inventory management and ensure proper storage and handling of materials. • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals as needed. Qualifications: • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). • Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Site Supervisor or similar role. • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety standards. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and project/site management tools.
