About The Role

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all production procedures and SOPs.
• Implement and track the Time and Action Calendar for seamless production flow.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (raw materials, fabrics, trims, suppliers, factories) to ensure production deadlines are consistently met.
• Oversee planning, price closure, and allocation of resources.
• Ensure timely execution of production schedules in alignment with the Product Development Calendar.
• Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of factory staff.
• Collaborate with branding and marketing teams for production-related support.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  

Skillsets & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes (cutting, sewing, finishing).
• Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ability to manage price points and cost negotiations.
• Proven leadership, people management, and team development skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and vendors.
• Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
