Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Loss Prevention Specialist located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing loss prevention strategies, ensuring physical security, and conducting surveillance to protect company assets. The Specialist will also be responsible for investigating incidents and managing inventory control to prevent losses.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention and Inventory Control
• Skilled in Physical Security and Surveillance
• Expertise in conducting Investigations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the retail industry is an asset
