Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Imphal. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. The role includes managing store staff, overseeing inventory and merchandising, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and maintaining store standards. The Store Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring a smooth and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention measures
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
Previous experience in retail management is preferred
