Store Manager

Operations and finance

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage budgets and financial records, and ensure the store meets sales targets.
• Analyze sales performance and generate reports on key performance indicators.
• Control costs and administer accounting functions, such as payroll.

Staff and team management

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store employees.
• Create employee schedules and manage daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Motivate and lead staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Address staff issues and ensure a positive work environment.

Customer service and sales

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
• Oversee visual merchandising to create an appealing store environment.
• Organize promotions and special events.

Inventory and compliance

• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and conducting counts.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies and safety regulations.
• Implement loss prevention measures to protect against theft and fraud.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
