Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Chandigarh. The Store Manager will focus on ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for customers, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing retail strategies. Additional responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, driving growth, training employees, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention processes to ensure seamless operations and asset protection
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction orientation to deliver an excellent shopping experience
Effective Communication skills for motivating staff, liaising with the central team, and addressing customer concerns
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including scheduling and staff development
Relevant experience in the retail or related industry is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
