Store Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for retail store managers located in Mumbai. The retail store manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, managing staff, ensuring higher levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting sales and profitability targets. The retail store manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, creating and organizing store displays, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations .

Role & responsibilities

1. Store Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and adheres to brand standards.
  
• Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and visual merchandising.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
  

2. Sales & Performance

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  
• Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  
• Implement sales strategies, promotional plans, and upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
  
• Maintain high store conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores.
  

3. Team Leadership & Training

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
  
• Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
  
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
  

4. Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure customers receive exceptional service at all times.
  
• Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
  
• Promote customer engagement and loyalty by encouraging relationship building.
