Job Title: Facility Manager Department: Administration Age : 20-45 years Location: Sehore Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience of Administration and Facility Management in any Industries. Our clientele includes many Fortune 500 companies with Industrial Plants in Pitampura, Dewas, Mandideep, Sehore, Malanpur etc. We are committed to delivering facility management service to our clients. With an outlook for excellence and growth, we are looking a Facility Manager / Admin Manager to join our dynamic team and drive efficiency in our operations in Sehore location . Job Summary: TheFacility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff, Canteen, Guestrooms etc and to ensure orderliness, punctuality and adherence to quality standards in the given areas. The role involves training, scheduling, and supervising staff, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, industrial plants and common areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company policies. Facility Management of canteen and Guestrooms. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels. Train and mentor housekeeping staff and maintenance staff. Address and resolve Client’s complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory levels of stationery, cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the facility. Collaborate with other departments to meet operational requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in an Admin or Facility Manager Role. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health standards in an Industrial plant. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
