· Sort, organize, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments · Scan and label packages for accurate tracking · Sorting, scanning, and bagging of shipments pin-code wise · Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles · Verify and update inventory records in the system · Basic knowledge of computers preferred · Assist in resolving operational/logistical issues · Maintain station cleanliness and organization · Support team in meeting daily operational targets and deadlines · Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies · Provide assistance to drivers and delivery staff as needed
