Job Title: Facility Manager – Service Apartments Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our chain of service apartments. The role involves managing day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordination with vendors for plumbing, electrical, and other facility-related work to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained property for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly. Manage preventive maintenance schedules for all properties. Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs. Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards. Requirements: Proven experience in facility or property maintenance. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair works. Ability to manage multiple properties and handle urgent issues efficiently. Good communication and organizational skills.
