Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for landlords, corporate tenants, coworking members, guests and internal stakeholders for all facility-related matters.
  
• Lead and manage multi-skilled, multi-shift teams including housekeeping, technical, security, front office, pantry and cafeteria staff.
  
• Oversee 24/7 operations and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, fire-fighting systems, elevators, plumbing, BMS and utilities.
  
• Ensure hospitality-grade upkeep of workspaces, meeting rooms, event areas, reception, pantries, parking and common areas.
  
• Manage vendors and AMCs, including RFQs, negotiations, SLAs, KPIs, performance audits and invoice validation.
  
• Plan and control facility operating budgets; track expenses, analyze variances and drive cost optimization initiatives.
  
• Ensure full statutory compliance with fire safety, labour laws, electrical norms, environmental and local regulatory requirements.
  
• Conduct safety audits, fire drills, emergency response planning and incident investigations.
  
• Support client onboarding, space handovers, office moves, fit-outs, events and community activities.
  
• Prepare monthly MIS reports covering uptime, incidents, feedback, costs and improvement actions.
  
• Drive sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency, CAFM/BMS adoption and smart workplace solutions.
