Position Overview

Facility Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day facility management including housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry, and front office.
  • Manage repair and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Vendor & Contract Management

  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, cafeteria, and office supplies.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs.
  • Space & Infrastructure Management

  • Plan and allocate office space to optimize utilization.
  • Coordinate seating arrangements, workstation setups, and office moves.
  • Manage upkeep of meeting rooms, common areas, and office furniture.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage annual facility budgets.
  • Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Employee & Guest Experience

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment.
  • Act as the primary contact for employees regarding facility-related concerns.
  • Manage reception and hospitality for visitors.
  • Sustainability & Process Improvement

  • Implement eco-friendly and energy-efficient practices.
  • Develop and streamline facility policies, procedures, and SOPs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in facility management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, workplace safety, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with facility management software (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Salary:- 20,000 to 35,000 per month (Immediate Joiner)
