Role Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Utilities Management:

Oversee the operation and maintenance of technical utilities including transformers, generators, pumps, fire-fighting systems, public address systems, CCTV, BMS, lifts, solar power stations, chillers, HVAC systems, STP, OWC, water bodies, etc.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, shutdowns, and emergency breakdowns

Budget Preparation & Cost Management:

AMC Finalisation & Vendor Management:

Utility Bill Processing & BCP Planning:

Compliance & Statutory Records:

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management:
