Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager with a strong background in Rotary Equipment, HVAC systems, and Process Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of plant machinery and utilities, while adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee operation and maintenance of Rotary Equipment, AHU, and Chiller systems.

* Handle troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance for all mechanical and automation equipment.

* Monitor and optimize performance of centrifugal pumps, gear boxes, agitators, and other rotating equipment.

* Manage equipment alignment and ensure machinery runs with minimal downtime.

* Supervise maintenance and performance of PLC-based process automation systems.

* Coordinate with production and utility teams to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.

* Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation for audits.

* Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Expertise:

* Hands-on experience with rotary equipment, AHU, chillers, and PLC programming.

* Strong understanding of gear boxes, centrifugal pumps, agitators, and equipment alignment.

* Knowledge of process automation and control systems.

* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

* Ability to lead and guide a team of maintenance technicians.

Qualification & Experience:

* B.Tech in Mechanical

* Minimum 5 + years of relevant experience in maintenance or facility management within a manufacturing / pharmaceutical / industrial setup.
