Job Description

We’re Hiring: HR Executive (Payroll + Generalist Role)

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:

    Process monthly payroll, manage salary components, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, PT, TDS, etc.)
  • Manage employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit formalities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave, and timesheet management systems
  • Support HR operations: recruitment coordination, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, salary, and benefits

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR with direct experience in payroll processing
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Proficient in Excel and payroll tools/software (like Zoho Payroll, GreytHR, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to work from the office

    6 days a week

    in Hyderabad
