Facilities Manager

In this role, you will be leading and managing the complete gamut of the Facility Management function for our client's Coimbatore offices. Your responsibilities will include: - Stakeholder management with location POCs and leaders based in Coimbatore along with vendor management. - Communication with vendors, builders & SEZ. - Facilities Management with projects experience from a construction & fit-out standpoint. - Managing location budgets, spaces, transport services, hygiene management, security services, energy management, health/safety, and environment management. To qualify for this position, you need to have the following qualifications: - Educational qualification: Fulltime BE /B.Tech (Civil, Mech), MBA in relevant discipline. Required Skills: - 15-20 years of relevant experience in leading and managing the function of Facilities Management with large global IT organization.
