About the Role


Leading and managing the complete gamut for the Facility Managemnet function for our client's Coimbatore offices.


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for stakeholder management with location POCs and leaders based in Coimbatore along with vendor management.


  • Vendor, builder & SEZ communication.


  • Facilities Management with projects experience from a construction & fit-out standpoint.


  • Managing location budgets, spaces, transport services, hygiene management, security services, energy management, health/safety and environment management.

Qualifications


  • Educational qualification: Fulltime BE /B.Tech (Civil, Mech), MBA in relevant discipline.


Required Skills


  • 15-20 years of relevant experience in leading and managing the function of Facilities Management with large global IT organization.
