Facilities Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Manager located in Mumbai. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to facility maintenance and operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing building and equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, planning and managing facility projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment for all employees. The role also involves budget management and reporting on facility operations.

Qualifications

• Facility Maintenance, Operations Management, and Project Planning skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Vendor Management and Negotiation skills
• Budget Management and Reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the marine or engineering industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
