The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, safety, and smooth functioning of the hospital facilities. This role requires coordination with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for patients, clients, and staff. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day maintenance of hospital facilities, including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other essential systems. • Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff to ensure standards are met. • Coordinate with external vendors and service technicians for timely repairs and preventive maintenance. • Monitor facility cleanliness, waste management, and adherence to health & safety regulations. • Ensure proper functioning of medical equipment support systems (water supply, power backup, HVAC, etc.). • Prepare and manage facility budgets, expense tracking, and vendor payments. • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules. • Handle emergency facility-related issues promptly and efficiently. • Support hospital administration in facility upgrades, renovations, and compliance requirements. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in facility management, preferably in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare settings. • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC). • Good vendor management and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. Work Timings: • Full-time, with flexibility to handle emergencies outside working hours. Salary: • Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
