Position Title: Junior Chartered Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: [Chembur]
Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years
Reports To: [Finance Manager / CFO]

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role will involve supporting statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, and day-to-day accounting operations. This position is ideal for a fresher or a professional with up to 2 years of experience, who is eager to grow in a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalise financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger accounting.
• Support in Direct & Indirect Tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Assist in coordinating statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Prepare and review MIS reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Company Law, and regulatory requirements.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Perform reconciliations and assist in cost analysis & variance reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and Taxation laws.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP/accounting software.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), with 6 months – 2 years of experience.
• Articleship experience in a reputed CA firm will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
