Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Madhavaram. The Facilities Manager will oversee daily operations for assigned properties, ensuring maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of residential facilities. Responsibilities include managing vendors, conducting inspections, addressing tenant needs, monitoring systems and infrastructure, and enforcing compliance with regulations. The role also involves budget management and process optimization to ensure efficient facility operations. Qualifications Experience in Facility Management, Property Care, and Vendor Coordination Knowledge in Maintenance Processes, System Operations, and Safety Compliance Skills in Budget Management, Process Optimization, and Operational Efficiency Strong Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving Abilities Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills Relevant certifications or training in facility or property management are a plus Experience with residential properties is preferred
