Manager - Projects

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with strong expertise in warehouse and industrial construction . The ideal candidate will oversee the complete lifecycle of projects from planning and execution to monitoring and timely delivery. You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality, and safe project completion. Experience in Build-to-Suit (BTS) projects is essential. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project activities from pre-construction to handover. Ensure timely execution as per project schedules. Team Leadership: Guide and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to drive efficient project execution. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth coordination and goal alignment. Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, sequencing, and coordination with design, MEP, and structural teams. Take complete ownership of timelines, contractor performance, and material planning. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of construction quality. Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to specifications and checklists. Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed. Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress, identify delays, and prepare timely reports. Mitigate risks and ensure minimal disruptions. Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, evaluate risks, and implement actionable solutions to keep the project on track. Desired Candidate Profile: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 7 years in warehouse/industrial construction. Proven expertise in PEB structures, industrial utilities, flooring, and infrastructure works. Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Effective in contractor/vendor management and stakeholder coordination. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
