Key Responsibilities: Independently manage the on-site execution of MEP services and Fire Protection systems. Coordinate with contractors to ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems. Ensure compliance with local and international standards (NBC, IEC, NFPA, IS standards, etc.). Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Monitor project progress, manage site resources, and resolve technical issues on-site. Enforce quality control and safety standards; maintain necessary documentation and reports. Coordinate with statutory authorities for approvals and inspections as required. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports, progress trackers, and site documentation. Preferred candidate profile In-depth technical knowledge of Fire Protection , Electrical , and Plumbing systems. Proven expertise in integrating MEPF services within on-site operations. Hands-on experience managing large-scale warehouse projects, preferably within Chennai or similar urban industrial environments. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; proficiency in project management tools. Familiarity with local bylaws, building regulations, and applicable international codes. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities.
