Roles and Responsibilities Industrial Warehouse Experience is must. Manage industrial projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Oversee civil construction activities, including site planning, execution, and monitoring of commercial buildings and warehouses. Monitor progress against milestones and budgets to identify potential issues early on. Effective Coordination: Liaise efficiently with contractors, planning teams, and other departments to ensure smooth execution and timely progress of the project. Site Monitoring: Oversee all site activities and ensure execution through field engineers in line with the approved schedule. Quality Control Collaboration: Coordinate with the Quality Control department to continuously improve workmanship and quality standards at the site. Drawing Review: Review construction drawings thoroughly before and during project execution to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Post-Monsoon Assessment: Analyze and review post-monsoon reports for assessing site conditions and planning corrective actions. Project Execution: Ensure completion of the project adhering to safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, and time commitments. Design Optimization: Propose and implement design or technical modifications that enhance project cost-efficiency and reduce timelines, based on actual site conditions. Project Handover: Ensure proper handover of the project to the maintenance division post-completion, with all necessary documentation and standards met. BOQ Verification: Validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) against executed work and obtain timely approvals from management. Billing & Payments: Verify and certify contractor invoices for accurate and timely payment processing. Financial Planning: Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts to support seamless financial operations throughout the project lifecycle. Material Management: Raise material indents as per project requirements to maintain uninterrupted site progress.
