Job Summary: The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales and site teams, and providing accurate project information to prospective clients. The role involves converting leads into site visits, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining a strong database of potential customers. Candidates with knowledge of civil / real estate / construction projects will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from potential customers. Understand customer requirements and share detailed project information (layouts, specifications, pricing, etc.). Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients with the sales and CRM teams. Follow up with leads regularly to improve conversion rates from inquiry to visit and booking. Maintain and update lead databases / CRM tools accurately. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and follow-up. Prepare and share pre-sales reports , including lead status, follow-up details, and visit feedback. Assist customers in understanding project details, payment plans, legal documentation, and approvals. Support the sales team during project launches, customer meets, and promotional events. Ensure a professional and customer-friendly communication approach at all times. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up and persuasion abilities. Knowledge of real estate / construction project terminology (layouts, approvals, specifications, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude. Qualification & Experience: Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Civil), BBA, MBA (Marketing), or any equivalent degree. Experience: 1–4 years of experience in pre-sales / customer support in the real estate or construction industry. Language Proficiency: English and Tamil (Hindi or other regional languages will be an added advantage). Salary Range: As per industry standards / Based on experience.
