Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Mumbai. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of all properties under management. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring buildings are in compliance with health and safety regulations, managing facility maintenance schedules, coordinating with maintenance staff and external contractors, and handling any facility-related issues. Additionally, the Facilities Manager will manage budgets, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure all properties are well-maintained and presentable. Qualifications Experience in facility management, property maintenance, and operational efficiency Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff. Effective communication and interpersonal skills Manage front-office/reception desk services & visitor handling Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales lounge(cleanliness, safety, and functionality) Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field is preferred Total Experience 8+ yrs.
