Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Mumbai. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of all properties under management. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring buildings are in compliance with health and safety regulations, managing facility maintenance schedules, coordinating with maintenance staff and external contractors, and handling any facility-related issues. Additionally, the Facilities Manager will manage budgets, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure all properties are well-maintained and presentable.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility management, property maintenance, and operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage front-office/reception desk services & visitor handling
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales lounge(cleanliness, safety, and functionality)
• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field is preferred
• Total Experience 8+ yrs.
