Job Summary:

The Facility Manager (Soft Services) is responsible for overseeing all soft services operations within the shopping mall, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff. This role includes managing housekeeping, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and customer service operations, ensuring that all services meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing soft services, preferably in shopping malls, hotels, or commercial properties.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of housekeeping and vendor management.

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Working Conditions:
