Digital Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities:


  • Be the

    brain behind what we post

    — from ideation to publishing
  • Create, curate & schedule engaging content

    (posts, reels, carousels, stories, videos) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
  • Showcase everything from

    mall events, brand activations, store launches, offers & seasonal promotions

  • Write fun, friendly, human-sounding captions — no robotic copy here
  • Respond to DMs, comments & customer queries

    with professionalism and brand tone
  • Analyze digital performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, Engagement, Reach)

    and prepare weekly/monthly reports

    and adapt strategy accordingly
  • Manage ad budgets

    and optimize campaigns across Meta and other paid media platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams, store partners & agencies
  • Manage

    content calendars and campaign

    timelines effectively
  • Keep up with trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
  • Managing all

    web content including our website

  • Conceptualize

    online contests / events

    and reach our target audience to ensure success of such online events.


What We’re Looking For (REQUIREMENT):


  • 3–4 years of relevant experience

    in digital marketing or social media management (preferably in retail, mall, F&B, or lifestyle segments)
  • Basic knowledge of

    graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing

  • Proficiency in tools like

    Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro

    or other video editing software
  • Strong sense of content aesthetics, layout, and platform-specific formats
  • A creative eye with strategic thinking — able to balance brand storytelling with business goals
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
  • Bonus: Understand retail calendar cycles (sales, festivals, events), Knowledge of regional languages (Bengali & Hindi)
