Svast Healthcare Technologies is a rapidly growing Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company helping physician practices across the United States maximize their financial performance through technology-driven billing, coding, and revenue optimization solutions.

With a 350+ member team across the US and India, we are expanding our digital marketing capabilities to strengthen our online presence and manage client marketing projects within the healthcare space.


Role Overview


We are looking for a Senior Executive – Digital Marketing who can lead and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid and organic campaigns, analyzing performance data, and using AI tools to optimize efficiency and results.


This role involves handling digital marketing campaigns for healthcare clients as well as enhancing Svast’s own digital footprint.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for both lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Manage and update WordPress websites, ensuring SEO-friendly structure and performance.
  • Create visually appealing ad creatives, infographics, and social media posts using Canva.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) for content optimization, ad copy, and campaign automation.
  • Analyze campaign data to measure performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and healthcare marketing best practices.


Requirements


  • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and paid ads (Google & Meta).
  • Experience in keyword planning, campaign management, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and Canva.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools for research and automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.


Nice to Have


  • Experience in healthcare or RCM industry.
  • Basic design or video editing experience.
  • Understanding of U.S. healthcare market and physician practice marketing.
