Job Title: Digital Advertising & Web Development Specialist

Location: Sovabazar, Kolkata (Offline role with scope of hybrid work if required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Advertising & Web Development Specialist who can manage, execute, and optimise our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who can design and run high-converting campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, develop and maintain web assets, and contribute to marketing initiatives that fuel IND’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

A. Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan, create, and optimise Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads at the best ROI.
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure monthly lead flow targets are met.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Media teams to ensure alignment of creatives and audience targeting.

B. Web Development & Maintenance

  • Build, maintain, and optimise landing pages, microsites, and web funnels for campaigns.
  • Ensure IND’s website is updated, fast, secure, and user-friendly.
  • Integrate tracking pixels, analytics, and CRM connectors to capture lead data seamlessly.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to website and campaign integrations.

C. Marketing Support

  • Contribute to content distribution across platforms (social media, blog, email campaigns).
  • Assist in SEO optimisation for organic visibility.
  • Support the Marketing Coordinator in executing campaign calendars.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to IND.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Lead Generation – Consistent inflow of qualified leads through ads and funnels.
  • Cost Efficiency – Achieve optimal cost-per-lead (CPL) and high ROI.
  • Web Performance – Ensure landing pages and website achieve conversion-friendly performance benchmarks.
  • Campaign Execution – Timely execution and monitoring of planned campaigns.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Smooth coordination with Marketing, Sales, and Media for integrated results.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads (minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience).
  • Strong knowledge of web development (WordPress, basic coding in HTML/CSS/JS, funnel builders).
  • Understanding of tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset to optimise based on data.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Digital marketers with agency or in-house experience managing campaigns for service-based industries.
  • Web developers with exposure to digital ads and funnel marketing.
  • Professionals with a track record of generating measurable growth through digital platforms.
