Job Summary:

Lead and expand the international sales for Basmati Rice & Non-Basmati Rice. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying new markets, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations to drive revenue growth and enhance market share.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:

     Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis:

     Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes in global markets.
  • Business Development:

     Identify and establish relationships with potential international clients, distributors, and partners to expand market presence.
  • Sales Management:

     Develop and Lead the export sales team, set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to ensure targets are met.
  • Regulatory Compliance:

     Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws, regulations, and quality standards specific to Basmati rice.
  • Logistics Coordination:

     Oversee the coordination of shipping logistics, documentation, and customs procedures to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Financial Oversight:

     Manage pricing strategies, budgets, and financial performance of the export sales division.
  • Reporting:

     Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management review.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

     MBA, International business form IIFT or Tier I institute in Marketing, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field. A B-tech IT&CS + MBA degree is a plus.
  • Diploma/certificate course

     for digital marketing strategies, IT tools, and AI-driven technologies for business development and customer engagement
  • Language :

     Fluency in English. Knowledge of at least one language in speaking Arabic or French .


Experience:


Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs documentation, and logistics.
  • Strong network of international buyers, owners, and purchasing managers, particularly in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Expertise in managing P&L, sales forecasting, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using Digital Marketing tool, CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
