Quality Analyst (Experienced from Rice Industry Only)

We are seeking a Quality Analyst with hands-on experience in Rice Quality Control and Assurance processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of rice grading, moisture levels, and export quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspection and testing of raw, semi-finished and finished rice.
• Analyze key parameters such as grain length, moisture content, colour and purity.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and export quality standards.
• Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with production, procurement and export departments for quality assurance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Experience in the Rice Industry (Basmati / Non-Basmati).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Analyst or Quality Control role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture or related field preferred.
• Ability to work in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
