We are seeking a Quality Analyst with hands-on experience in Rice Quality Control and Assurance processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of rice grading, moisture levels, and export quality standards. Responsibilities: Conduct inspection and testing of raw, semi-finished and finished rice. Analyze key parameters such as grain length, moisture content, colour and purity. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and export quality standards. Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports. Coordinate with production, procurement and export departments for quality assurance. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes. Requirements: Mandatory: Experience in the Rice Industry (Basmati / Non-Basmati). Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Analyst or Quality Control role. Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture or related field preferred. Ability to work in coordination with cross-functional teams.
