Buyer & Seller Meetings: Organize and lead meetings with potential buyers and sellers, establishing strong business relationships. International Marketing: Execute international marketing campaigns, ensuring effective promotion of products in target markets. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in key international markets. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all export documentation is accurately completed and comply with international laws and regulations. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through active business development and lead generation. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in International Business, International Trade, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in export management or a similar role in international trade. Skills: Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations. Proven experience in identifying and sourcing international buyers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of international markets and trends. Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software tools. Travel: Willingness to travel for international trade fairs, market visits, and buyer meetings. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will lead international marketing, buyers’ communication, documentation, and business development across multiple industries while representing GFE Group globally. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) International Business Development – Identify, connect, and close deals with global buyers/importers across multiple product categories. Export Sales Growth – Drive consistent revenue growth through global trade opportunities. Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong and long-term business relations with overseas buyers/distributors. Export Documentation & Compliance – Ensure smooth handling of shipping documents, LC/BG, export regulations, and timely execution of shipments. Minimum 3–4 international business trips per year for buyer engagement and market expansion. Client satisfaction score & repeat business ratio. Contribution to new market entries and product diversification. Candidate Profile Minimum 7 years of experience in Export-Import (documentation, marketing, buyer handling). Strong knowledge of international trade laws, LC/BG, logistics, and compliance. Proven track record in international sales, marketing, and client acquisition. Willingness to travel globally for business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
