We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Counsellor to join our Pune branch and drive our sales growth. --- Key Responsibilities Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable product/service recommendations. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch growth. Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure a smooth sales process. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales reports. Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing events. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery. --- Required Skills & Competencies Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, education, or franchise business. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. --- Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
