📢 IndusTreeBiz is Hiring — Export Business Development Executive (Full Time)

We are expanding our Business Consulting & Export Growth Advisory Division at IndusTreeBiz — and we are looking for a professional who understands the export ecosystem, exporter mindset, global buyer expectations, and B2B sales closure process.This is a strategic role where the primary responsibility is to approach exporters, identify business opportunities, pitch IndusTreeBiz services and convert them into clients.---

Role Responsibilities*

Identify and reach out to export houses across categories (Agri, Spices, Food Products, Pharma, Handicrafts, Nutraceuticals, Manufacturing, etc.)* Present & pitch IndusTreeBiz services: Business Consulting | Business Development | Sales Systems | Lead Generation | Global Brand Positioning | Social Media Marketing for Exporters etc* Deeply understand exporter challenges — buyer onboarding, agent dependency, trust, certifications, market entry, international competition* Generate leads, schedule meetings, conduct presentations and close assignments* Maintain structured follow-ups, CRM & weekly reporting* Build long-term client relationships with decision-makers (Founders / Directors)

---Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who:*

Has strong B2B communication & confidence in speaking with Export Owners / Promoters* Can understand business models & identify growth gaps* Is target-oriented and takes ownership for closure* Has strong follow-up discipline & negotiation skills* Can travel & Have his own Laptop & Mobile---

Experience Required

- 1 to 5 years in: * Export Sales / EXIM / Merchant Exporter Role * OR B2B Business Development / Consulting Sales / Service Pitching to Founders* Prior exposure to international trade / EPC / FIEO / DGFT work is preferred

---Qualifications

* BBA / B.Com / MBA / PGDM / International Business or Commerce background preferred* EXIM Certifications (DGFT / FIEO / EPC etc.) will be considered an advantage
